Its primary focus is oil prone areas of Queensland’s premier petroleum Basins, the Cooper-Eromanga and Bowen-Surat, where Bow has a substantial acreage portfolio. Eromanga (ERH, ERHO, ERHCA) is developing production and exploring for oil on-shore Brazil. Eromanga’s three successful exploration wells last year have demonstrated that Brazil is highly prospective and is a low cost operating environment. Brazil also has excellent fiscal terms and a professional oil industry regulator.
Eromanga is focussed on developing two discoveries in the Sergipe Alagoas Basin. These are at Block 330 and Block 430 and are close to existing production and infrastructure in the Basin. Eromanga has a 40% interest in these fields with a local private company, UBX, operating and holding the remaining 60%. Block 330 is the more advanced project with production coming from the PACA 1 well since October 2008 and flow testing underway at the PACA 2 well some 1 km away. A testing and development plan will commence at Block 430 in Mid-2009. Eromanga is also participating in a number of exploration projects.

Incremental’s major asset is the Selmo oilfield in Turkey, the second largest oilfield in Turkey by cumulative production, with annual production of approx 500,000 barrels.
A second major asset in Turkey is the Edirne gas project in which Incremental has a 55% interest. Seven gas discoveries have been made in seven wells drilled in 2007 and 2008. First gas sales are targeted for mid 2009.The company also has significant exploration acreage in Turkey.
Incremental has consistently returned funds to shareholders. 17 cents per share has been returned since the company listed in late 2005.
